CGU general terms of use

Every player can earn the prize money of each race if he finds the right podium in the order of arrival.

You must have a paypal account to play on Mxpodium.com.

Paypal accounts are free of charge, fully secured and only take minutes to set up.

For each player only one Mxpodium account with one mean of payment is allowed.

You must comply with the legal age for gambling in your country of origin to be allowed to play.

No compliance with any of the general terms of use of Mxpodium may result in immediate closure of your account. Mxpodium holds the right to retain partial or total monies of your account as compensation.

Reference time used by Mxpodium.com is GMT.

Each player must keep himself informed on the fitness and ability of each pilot to participate on the day of the race. Mxpodium shall not be held liable for the absence of a pilot if injured or unavailable on the day of the race. The participants list provided is the one for the first leg of the championship of the current year.

FOR EACH RACE, MX PODIUM WILL PROVIDE AN UPDATED LIST OF PARTICIPANTS  TO THE BEST OF ITS INFORMATION, THAT WILL BE THE REFERENCE FOR YOUR BETS. MX PODIUM CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR LAST MINUTE CHANGE OF PARTICIPANTS DUE TO INJURY OR ANY OTHER REASON, LIKEWISE MX PODIUM CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR LAST MINUTE NEW PARTICIPANTS THAT WOULD NOT BE ON THE REFERENCE LIST.

SHOULD AN UNLISTED PARTICIPANT BE ON THE PODIUM, HE WILL NOT BE ACCOUNTED FOR THE PODIUM WINNING SPOT. MX PODIUM WILL TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE FIRST 3 PARTICIPANTS THAT WERE OF THE REFERENCE LIST; FOR EXAMPLE IF AN UNLISTED PARTICIPANT EARNS A PODIUM SPOT, HIS POSITION WILL BE SKIPPED AND HE WILL BE REPLACED WITH THE NEXT PARTICIPANTS IN THE ORDER OF ARRIVAL THAT WAS LISTED ON MX PODIUM.

You may contact mxpodium thru the contact menu to place a request for an additional pilot participant or to notify us of an error with the list provided.

Prize money will be paid on the last day of the month following your bet. For example if you won on june 25^th you will be paid on july 31^st.

Prize money will be credited on your mx podium account. To get your prize credited to your paypal account you must place a request. The date of the request will be the reference date for payment terms as per our policy here above. For example if you placed your request for paypal credit on july 5^th for a prize money earned on june 25^th you will be paid on august 31^st. Therefore we recommend you to validate your paypal credit as close as possible of the date you won.

The number of possible bets for each race is monitored by Mxpodium to prevent players gambling addiction and out of limits spending. Mxpodium is primarily a game promoting fun and sporting activities.
